Where do i get ARToolKit compiled for Windows

Hello
Where do i get ARToolKit compiled for Windows?
I have no compiler nor knowledge how to use it.
I'm a Designer, Is there a way to get ARToolKits newest version
as a program that runs on Windows.

Hi, ARToolKit is a programmers toolkit, so you might be better off with DART, the Designer's Augmented Reality Toolkit. See http://www.cc.gatech.edu/ael/projects/dart.html . DART includes a tracking module based on ARToolKit.

Not every designer is familar with Macromedia Director.
If you read the instructions for installing DART and the docs for using
it with Lingo, it seems i need the same level of scripting knowledge
as I need for ARToolKit or AMIRE.
Macromedia Director is not OpenSource!

I' m in contact with the C-Lab. (some AMIRE programmers are located in
the C-Lab)
AMIRE is a functional editor for MR applications with
support for a fullscreen augmented screen without a window frame.
Support for multimarker environment.
Support for 640x480 or higher Videoresolution.
But:
No VRML imort with movement (interpolators) and shader transparency,
No 3ds import with BOTH movement and shader transparency

ARToolKit is a player for simple handscripted MR applications.
It supports VRML with movement and transparency.
Support for multimarker environment.
But:
Version 2.65 supports NO fullscreen augmented screen without a
window frame.
No support for 640x480 or higher Videoresolution.

Im am familar with Alias/Maya, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
PHP, POVRAY, Photoshop, VRML ( http://www.friedbertschulze.de/vrml ) since 1997,
Adobe Indesign, Quark Xpress, Fusion (videoediting),
low Flash knowledge (Swish Flash editor), no skills in Macromedia
Director or Toolbook.

Is there a way to get a rotating halftransparent VRML object as a
augmentation on a (640x480) life Video and positioned relative to a
marker?

Is there a way to get a compiled Version of ARToolKit with the
above mentioned capabilities?

Looking hopefully for a straight foreward yes with a downloadlink and
an address for the donation.
