AR Toolkit 2.70.1 on Mac Mini OS-X 10.3

Hi,

Just got a new Mac mini and compiled the AR Toolkit okay, but when trying to run any of the test applications I get:

$ ./simpleTest
Opening sequence grabber 1 of 1.
SGNewChannel err=-9405
MakeSequenceGrabChannel err=-9405.
vdgAllocAndInit err=0

I have installed the logitech drivers for my logitech USB webcam, and using the logitech applications I can capture video, but the AR Toolkit error looks like it can't access the camera...

I'm a mac newbie, so anyone got any suggestions?

Hi, what is the camera model?
Does the camera work in iChat AV?

Also.. -9405 is the error that occurs when the device is already in use. Make sure you don't have a video window open in another application.

Hi,

I have exactly the same hardware and I have the same problem. But one of the examples works : simpleLite.
I didn't see the exact difference between simpleTest and smpleLite, but I'm working on :-)
