Camera parameter load error on winXP!

I am attempting to run ARToolkit 2.70.1 on winXP. I compile ARToolkit and attempt to run videoTest but failed.
it is print:

Image size (x,y) = (320,240)
Camera parameter load error !!

and a messagebox named assert failed:
Excutable:videoTest.exe Pid 258 Tid 8e8. Module kswdmcap.ax, 5 objects left active! At line 317 of d:\builds\nt32_chk\multimedia\published\dxmdev\bas e\dllentry.cpp
Continue?(Cancel to debug)

then i think mabe the parameter is not correct, i want to run the calib_cparam but failed too. It arise the same messagebox like this:

i know the reason. Our video card did not support direcX9.0. i am so sad .:(
