Adrian ClarkFrom HIT Lab NZ(Redirected from Clark, A.)
PhD Student
This year Adrian has started his PhD, which will focus on improving Augmented Reality Tracking by combining a number of Computer Vision Techniques with a semantic knowledge of the object that is being tracked. He completed his BSc with Honours in the HITLab in 2004, working with Trond and Julian on the ARTankwars project. Adrian's interests in computing include 2D and 3D Graphics, Human Computer Interaction, and Artificial Intelligence. While he does enjoy other areas in computing, he prefers working on projects which he can show to the average person, as opposed to those which will only be understood by other Computer Scientists. Adrian was born in Canterbury, but spent 5 years of his life living in Papua New Guinea. Outside of University, he enjoys socialising, computer gaming and training in Karate. |
