The HIT Lab NZ offers a great atmosphere for students to enjoy their free time outside the lab. Cultural, recreational and social events are organized on a regular basis by HIT Lab NZ students. Recently, we have organized several events such as bowling, diving, archery, movie nights, and international lunch gatherings.
In addition, students at the HIT Lab NZ have entered teams in the University of Canterbury social soccer competition and the social cricket competition, where games are held on a weekly basis. These events have motivated students to maintain a good balance between work and leisure, which helps in developing an even more innovative environment for us students at the Lab.
